Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dried tremella mushrooms
3 tablespoons dried lotus seeds
1 tablespoon lotus root (sliced)
1 small piece of ginger (about 1/2 inch, sliced)
2 red dates, pitted

4 cups filtered water
1 teaspoon honey or rock sugar (optional, to taste)

Preparation:
